barbed Lenghtens Bleeding duration on foes by 33%
cruel Lengthens Deep Wound duration on foes by 33%
crippling Lengthens Crippled duration on foes by 33%
ebon Earth damage

The mods that add length to conditions are not the best. If the creature you're attacking isn't dead when the condition runs out (~18-20 seconds ) you're something wrong.
Sundering, any elemental damage would be better.

For killing shit, vamp wins on swords. Sundering is pretty baed with the low damage range.
Next to vamp, is icy/fiery/shocking, that can be used with Conjure X.
Of the mods you listed; I'd take Ebon.
Or possibly Crippling if I was running YAA!, otherwise condition lengtheners are bad.

This is good for PvP, but if this is for PvE, then YAA is a bit pointless so a damage mod wins here.

Doesn't sound like you have a sundering hilt on your sword, but rather a fortitude pommel.
Anyway, from the way your question is worded, it seems you're modding it only to sell. In which case its better to not mod it, but if you must go with a 20/20 sundering.

Strength by itself isn't something you put attributes into. It's for the awesome skills it has

14 Swordsmanship and 9+ in the attribute of your shield is the way to go.

Never ever drop your weapon mastery below 14. If you do, then you'd be doing no damage, thus failing as a Warrior. You can drop your strength to 0 if you really wanted to use a secondary attribute line, but you'd have to have a damned good skill to make up for it. Even then, it may be better to just run a 12/9/9/8 or whatever, but 4 attributes are really meh. Don't forget that Flail is linked to strength though, so keep some points in it.

I personally always have a zealous sword, 2 elemental damage swords and vampiric sword in my weapon sets.... It seems you are ok buildwise, tactics skills aren't bad(if you build around them), its just that more people use strength skills now a days, but theres nothing like some originality .
